Below is the letter from our legal team to the Monterey Planning Commission, confirming that the PBC is in violation of its permits and the California Environmental Quality Act  

At the June 26th meeting of the planning commissioners, the PBEC was found to be historic. The Pebble Beach Company's permit to demolish the site is on hold as a result. More as it develops!

Agreement between Pebble Beach Company and the Del Monte Forest Property Owners stating that the equestrian center will remain open and not be diminished in any way. Also, the beach trails will be preserved. 

According to this document, PBC is supposed to build a covered arena for the center, which they never did.
